Pivovar Monopol - IPA

A top-fermented beer brewed from Flemish water, three types of malt (Pale Ale, Wheat, Pilsner) and four types of hops (Žatec, American and New Zealand hops) in an infusion process. The beer impresses with its golden color, higher bitterness and a very strong, intense aroma reminiscent of white wine, crushed fresh grapes and gooseberries, which it received thanks to dry hopping with New Zealand hops. IPA Monopol was created to celebrate the arrival of spring, the season of awakening sun and the scent of blooming flowers.
