Monsters Brewery's first smoked beer. Sucha Książenicka is a smoked beer-style pure smoked beer where each grain of malt used has been vigorously smoked. Most of the hops are Steinbach smoked malt, with the rest complemented by Munich malt and rye malt smoked with cherry wood by Viking Malt. You'll find a solid chunk of sausage, smoked meat, campfire and holiday flavors, as well as a slight hint of resin. Sucha Książenicka is like a simulation of the situation when you stick your head in the fridge with smoked products in the butcher's shop.
