Have you heard of Kveik? It's a Norwegian yeast that we haven't worked with much yet (except for two exclusives, one for the V and B Academy, Alpha, and one for Breton stores, Toutatis). When used in a hoppy beer, it imparts a warm and extremely fruity character, which is a perfect match for a double IPA. Don't expect anything delicate!
