Chocolate. We kept a part of Erebos to distill it. This distillate has been maturing in barrels. Charon, the Soul Carrier, transfers a little bit of the spirit of Erebos beer into this Oatmeal Stout via an infusion of oak chips macerated in the distillate of Erebos.
