Mont Hardi - Supernova

“The nitrogen in our DNA molecules...and the carbon in apple pies were made in the hearts of collapsing stars.” As explained by Carl Sagan, all matter on earth comes from supernovae. This beer is therefore nothing but stardust. Brewed with Mosaic, Sabro and Mandarina Bavaria hops, the Supernova is an IPA DDH with exotic flavors of coconut, pineapple and citrus, all enhanced by a moderately bitter and dry finish.
