Blend Two is composed of different batches brewed with NJ wheat, rye, hay, and hand-harvested organic spelt, aged five to eighteen months (14.5 mo. avg) in a mixture of French oak ex-red wine cooperage. Unlike many of our more guillotine-friendly offerings, this blend has exceptional head retention.
