The strong and very fruity blanche is drunk as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to cheese biscuits. This Witbier-type wheat beer is characterized by orange and coriander decorations that give it its rich aromas. The locations and the traditionally used vines (Hallertauer Smaragd) give the wine a strong taste and a light floral note.
