MONYO Brewing Co. - Galactic Defender

A characterful, modern Double New England IPA that stands out for its intense hop aromas. During the cold-hopping of the beer, we used Idaho7 hops and Galaxy hop extract, enriching the flavor profile with tropical-fruity, citrusy, and slightly resinous notes. The alcohol content of 7.7% is accompanied by a full body and a silky mouthfeel. Its hazy appearance and fresh, full-bodied character make it the ideal choice for fans of the NEIPA style.
