MONYO Brewing Co. - Hop Harvest Black IPA 2025

Fresh hops served black. This year we met for the 10th time to prepare HopHarvest’, the joint brew of MONYO and Uradalmi. This year, in the form of a characterful Black IPA, in which the bright aromas of fresh hops meet the depth of roasted malts. The hops used were harvested on September 22nd at Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra in Vál, so every sip contains the fresh, green energy of the hop harvest. Its aroma combines resinous, fruity and piney notes with a delicate coffee-chocolate background, and its sipping sensation is both silky and refreshing.
