One of the most eagerly awaited items of the year has arrived once again: our fresh hop IPA, HOP Harvest IPA. The basis for this beer, which we have produced for the eighth time with Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra, is provided by small green hop cones from the hop fields of the guys in Vál, from which we managed to harvest no less than 85 kg this year. It is no exaggeration to say that this year's batch, which is based on Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops, will be one of the freshest in MONYO's history.
