Beer description
The second member of our Hungarian Terroir series was made for the 2018, anniversary X. Borefts Bier Festival. Each year, the organizers (Brouwerij de Molen) provide a theme on the basis of which the invited breweries must prepare a dedicated beer for the festival. In 2018, we had to make a stout for which nine different ingredients (malt, hops, yeast) were given, but we had to choose the tenth. Our choice ended up with the blue franc, so we worked out the recipe together with the Pfneiszl Winery in Sopron.
