Beer description
This Gold Medal winning brew - Grätzer (or grodziskie) - is a nearly-forgotten Polish style of oak-smoked wheat beer. While no Polish breweries continue to produce this indigenous style, many craft breweries have attempted to revive it. Our grätzer uses a simple recipe of 100% wheat malt and generous amounts of Saaz hops to create a crisp and spicy flavour. This is summertime sausage-eatin' beer.
