A Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Southern Cross and Citra Incognito. " Moondance is brewed with a thiol-boosting yeast and with some other tricks to elevate the tropical notes of the thiols. We've added hops in almost every part of the process: during mash, whirlpool, knockout and dry hop. Dry hopped with my favorites: Nelson and Motueka.
