Beer description
CDB is a tribute to the Brazilian botequeira tradition of drinking beer with lemon and salt. The super light, acidic, salty and very refreshing characteristic of the CBD is based on the German style Gose, an almost forgotten beer style with a slightly salty finish, in which the sour mash acidifies the wort to create a slightly acidic drink. In addition to sea salt, the CBD takes tahitian lemon peels and oat flakes to add creaminess. Dry hopping is done with the famous Japanese hops Sorachi Ace to further accentuate citricity and highlight the lemon characteristic of beer.
