Champenoise version of Cupuaçu Sour aged in cellar for 12 months. The aroma and intense fruity flavor of cupuaçu combine with the striking acidity and notes of bottle fermentation and aging characteristic of the style. Together with the light body and dry final result in an intense, refreshing bière brut and excellent drinkability.
