Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Cupuaçu brings a tropical and unusual touch to the German style of Berliner Weisse acid beer. In addition to the very fresh cupuaçu pulp coming directly from Ilhéus in Bahia, this acid beer takes wheat malt and oat flakes to bring creaminess to the palate. The super dry fermentation of Cupuaçu Sour follows the Belgian Saison line, adding complexity, accentuating the fruity aroma and flavor and the refreshing and tropical palate, reminding even a good dry and fruity white wine.
