Beer description
A fresh interpretation of the traditional Central European style - the Viennese lager, created in 1841 by the famous brewer Anton Dreher. For our St. Wenceslas Lager we used 100% Vienna malt and for 100% hopping we used new Czech Gaia hops, which give the beer a refreshing slightly "fruity tone" that supports drinkability. These hops were also used for the cold hopping.
