Beer description

The camp from the Catalonia region fulfills the German purity law, because only the best malting barley, hops from the Saaz area in the Czech Republic and pure spring water from the Montseny nature park (between Barcelona and Girona) are used for brewing. * Striking: The Moritz Barcelona stands out due to the fermentation process in low kettles, which creates a fabulous balance of fine malt aromas and hop taste. * Masterly: We owe the freshness of this hop juice to the Alsatian emigrant Louis Moritz Trautmann, who created the Mortiz brewery in 1856 and thus laid the foundation stone for today's Moritz.

Schaumkrone hält sich sehr gut und bleibt auch stabil. Farblich eher hell gelb und klar mit aktiver Kohlensäure. Geruchlich leicht hopfig. Geschmacklich leicht herb und lecker.
