Apex Brewing Company - Morning Star

Morning Star IPA is an aggressively hop saturated beer. Think a pack of werewolves at a full moon party ‘aggressive’. For this one we’ve chosen a mix of the absolute best American and New Zealand hops we could find. Simcoe and Mosaic provides the foundation while Nelson Sauvin is firmly reclaiming it’s throne In the dry hopping world championships leaving most of the competition in the R&D space. Lastly we’ve fermented this IPA with @whitelabscopenhagen new dry version of our house yeast London Fog. The end result is… well, awesome. Cheers!
