Mortalis - Chronos

This Milk Stout is brewed with a light addition of lactose and locally roasted cocoa nibs. We then conditioned the beer on cannoli shells, mascarpone and cream cheese powder to provide the rich and creamy flavor of one of our favorite deserts.
