Espiga - Mosaic YQH-1320

Mosaic & YQH-1320 is the eighth beer in the DUAL HOPS collection that we are brewing this year. The IPAs in this collection are hazy in appearance with kgs and kgs of hops. The hops chosen for this hazy IPA are classic Espiga hops, which we love. It is our favourite Mosaic and a new experimental hop YQH-1320 that a couple of weeks ago was given a commercial name ELANI. Both are American hops. It has a hazy appearance, a golden colour and a creamy white haze. In the aroma we find different tropical fruits such as mango, white melon that come from the Mosaic hops and are combined with citric aromas of tangerine, lime. There are also some hints of pineapple, these and the citrus notes come from the new YQH-1320 hops. In taste we also appreciate all these notes accompanied by a silky sensation provided by the combination of cereals blat, civada and ordi.
