Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
For quite some time, our cider developers have been toying with a legendary apple variety* that has red flesh. They have always wanted to create a single variety cider, but of course, it should also be unexpectedly and exceptionally in taste. In combination with the American specialty ale yeast, this has been more than successful. The round, slightly berry-flavored taste, balanced between sweetness and acidity, is exceptionally refreshing and bitter. The fact that it also sets a color accent is a bonus. *Its name is only known to the clan leader.
