District 1 - Mother Mary

Our interpretation of a belgian dubbel. Brewed with mostly local malted barley and hops. Named in honor of Mother Mary Felicia Jaskulski (1866-1942). Mother Mary was one of the founders of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis and helped create its convent on the north side of St Point. Being true to her Polish heritage, Rev. Mother Mary helped many Polish immigrants adjust in the new world without losing their roots.
