Mountain Culture Beer - Good Old Fashioned Fun

Here is a bit of fun everyone can enjoy! We’ve dialled back this West Coast IPA to a simpler time when malt bodies were clear and a little crystally, when bitterness was balanced and when the hops were so punchy you had to wear a mouthguard. Then, in an attempt to modernise the fun, we’ve dry hopped it entirely with YCH 805 Citra, one of the most modern-est Advanced Hop Products we could get our hands on. This concentrated, liquid form of Citra from Yakima Chief provides heightened flavours of candied citrus, juicy mango and sweet lime with just the right amount of resin.
