To celebrate Beer Cartel's 2025 Advent Calendar, we've doubled up on the call backs by combining two trends that we dabbled in during the early days of MCBC.
This Double Cold IPA starts with a light malt base, fermented using our house lager yeast for a clean, refined body. A huge double dry hop of Cryo Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand provides gooseberries, passionfruit and lychee that is perfect for our warm festive season.
