We proudly present this Barley Wine, or Barley Wine in English. This is indeed a beer that is difficult to brew. Our kettles squeak and creak during the brewing process to achieve the high alcohol content with ridiculous amounts of pale malt.
This Barley Wine Special Edition was aged on cherry wood during lagering. The mild and slightly sweet wood notes harmonise beautifully with the full-sweet malt flavours.
