At Muifel, we are all real whisky lovers. So we thought it would be very interesting to infuse our topper Sister Agatha with a fine whisky.
Adding this (slightly smoky) Scottish malt whisky Finlaggan just before bottling gave a wonderful flavour deepening to the already rich Sister Agatha. Tones of vanilla, wood and a hint of cherries give this quadruple beer even more character. The subtle smoke flavours from the whisky have added a delicious frayed edge to our Sister Agatha.
