Barrel Aged Berliner Weisse with Cranberries.
Our pesent to all the wonderful people celebrating International Beer Day - a traditional mixed-fermentation Berliner Weisse. As usual, fermented for extended time with our house blend of yeast and bacteria, then aged in wine barrels and conditioned atop loads of fresh cranberries. You can say it drinks like a true fruited gueuze, and we cannot agree more. Happy IBD!
