Beer description
A robust, distinctive triple. Full-bodied and creamy, yet refreshing.
Pour this beer slowly to ensure the yeast remains in the bottle. Optimal serving temperature 8-10°C.
Ingredients:
Biks Water, barley malt 3 EBC, amber malt, yeast, and a blend of aroma and bitter hops.
This is the second beer with which Museum Brewery De Roos entered the beer market in 1994. A first trial brew was brewed at Trappist Brewery De Schaapskooi (La Trappe) in Berkel-Enschot. It turned out that there was still a need for Hilvarenbeek's own beer. The master brewer at De Roos decided to put the beer back into production. This is the most robust of our beers, with an alcohol content of 8%. A strong triple like no other, a distinctive beer, full-bodied and creamy, but also fresh, fruity, and bitter.
