Muskoka - Camp-out Pils

This dry hop pilsner smells of pressed citrus fruits from the Motueka hops and compensates for the already existing characteristics of the pilsner. The pale yellow brew has a mild malty sweetness of mushroom malt and mushroom yeast that dominates the taste. Light hop character with mild bitterness.
