Beer description
A beer of character in collaboration with the SPINE pub in Brescia. Lively on the palate, with its cereal notes followed by a slender body and delicate carbonation. On the nose notes of bread baked in a wood-fired oven and cereal aromas, followed by a light spiciness with hints of sichuan pepper and ginger. The dry finish, with a bitter note that prolongs the pleasure, is enriched by a slight hint of smoke, due to a modest amount of smoked wheat.
