Mykonos Brewing Company - Fragos'ko

Under the scorching August sun, the ancient Mykonians ceremoniously picked the fruit of the cactus, the prickly pear. Patiently, they plucked the thorns from the fragosiko (and also from their fingers) and then tasted the sweet, spicy juices that embody the Aegean summer. In homage to these ancient giants, we carefully picked these prickly juice grenades and brewed them into a refreshing and sparkling pale ale that glorifies this wonder of local flora. Smell it, taste it, surrender yourself to it. Be the fragos'ko. Be the thorns, the wind, the sun.
