We reinvented the style to create an even smoother, denser texture in a whole new way to enjoy all the flavours and aromas of Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Blends carbon dioxide from fermentation with pure nitrogen, resulting in a low carbonation beer. Shake lightly before opening and serve in one pour. 25g/L of Mosaic, Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Simcoe.
