NON-ALCOHOLIC Raspberry-Blackcurrant Sour is a non-alcoholic fruit sour. As a fruit combination, we chose raspberry with blackcurrant, which brings a beautiful red color and freshness to the beer. The sourness is achieved by kettle souring in the brewhouse, using special top-fermenting yeast intended for the production of non-alcoholic beers. It is definitely not a "sweetie", but a real refreshing sour :-).
