Beer description
A top-fermented RYE IPA beer-style Christmas special. To make beer, part of the malt is replaced with rye, which adds fullness, breadiness and a pleasant semi-dark color to the beer. The beer is hopped both on the boil and cold (so-called dry hopping) with aromatic varieties of Amarillo, Cascade and Columbus hops.
