Pastry Brown Ale Chaï & Mango. In December 2022, we released Aum Sweet Aum, a Pastry Brown Ale with Chai that was our vision/reinterpretation of the Christmas beer. This year we're using the same base, but with slightly fewer toasty notes and, above all, a lot more mango (no wonder, there wasn't any before...). The Chai comes into its own with its whole collection of spices (Ceylon Black Tea, Cinnamon, Aniseed, Ginger, Fennel, Clove and Cardamom), while the Alphonso Mango softens the whole with lovely notes of stewed fruit. In short, it's Christmas, but not too Christmasy, just a little.
