What’s better than the name Namazu, a giant Catfish from Japanese Mythology that is responsible for creating earthquakes when it threshes about, for a collaboration brew between the slick fish brewers at De Kromme Haring and the hip cats over at Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater? Brewed for our 1st Annual Poesiat & Kater Stout Fest this beer is the perfect combination of the crazy and the contained. Based on a solid Stout backbone we then added caramelized miso to add a nice umami flavor to the beer. Just like the epic Namazu, this beer will rock your world.
