Nano Cinco - 17 520 Heures

First collaboration with the Brasserie du Bas Canada in our 17,520 hours of existence. We've created a double New England IPA using New Zealand Rakau and Motueka hops from our respective selections, as well as the new Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process. These hops are taken from an experimental method developed in 2023-2024 by Freestyle Hops, aimed at maximising the tropical intensity of the Nelson Sauvin hop variety while preserving its fresh citrus and white wine notes. This approach combines a late harvest to release more tropical thiols (sweet aromas) while maintaining the vibrancy of terpenes, resulting in a balanced profile blending mango, red grapefruit and lychee.
