Innovation 3 is a triple New England Wheat IPA brewed with 40% wheat in various forms and a generous dose of clover honey from Les ruchers LeCam in Saint-Camille de Lellis. This triple has also been hopped with Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra. It stands out for its aromatic intensity reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits and honey candies.
