Space Rocket is a blend of a 34-month aged Heaven Hill bourbon barrel imperial stout and a 12-month aged Jeptha Creed bourbon barrel imperial stout. It was then finished with roasted organic coconut from Sri Lanka and vanilla from Madagascar. The result is a powerful, syrupy beer where the sweetness of the vanilla and bourbon blends perfectly with the intensity of the coconut.
