A complex beer that evolves, reaching its peak after 6 months.
The nose is on notes of peppery strawberries, cocoa, honey with a hint of grapefruit. The palate is very sweet and spicy. A beer with body and complexity.
Composition: Blend of caramelised and roasted barley malts. Addition of Timut pepper and cocoa beans.
The refermentation in the bottle ensures a long conservation and a slow maturation of the aromas.
