Beer description
A powerful and silky beer with a nice length. The nose has notes of black pepper, coffee and chocolate. The palate is dense and the light oak coloured foam is creamy. A beer with body and power. Ideal for cooking meat in sauces. Composition: Blend of English and Pilsen malts, chocolate and roasted malt. Varieties of ancestral hops. The refermentation in the bottle ensures a long conservation and a slow maturation of the aromas.
