Beer description
The nose is powerful with hints of forest fruits, black fruits and spices. The malts bring roundness and complexity, balanced by a beautiful bitterness of hops. Composition: Blend of organic, Pale, Munich 1, and Cara-Pils malts. We want to highlight a French hop, the Barbe Rouge, with its notes of red fruits and a hint of spices. The refermentation in the bottle ensures a long conservation and a slow maturation of the aromas.
