A yeast/fruity nose typical of the Saison, the entry is soft, fresh, with hay and lemon notes. The whole is punctuated by a dry bitterness that will remind you of the XX bitter from De Ranke.
A small farmhouse bitter, with a nice drinkability for the fan of dry bitterness.
