Our long-awaited collab with friends from Jungle Brewery. More than two years ago, we brewed a thick, aromatic oat wine together, mashed with a large amount of oat flakes and barley malt. These oats brought the softness and mild taste of salted caramel and baked apples to a warming base. But we didn't stop there, and sent the mysterious drink to rest in a freshly emptied whiskey barrel, where it spent two long years, rounded out and absorbed some vanilla and light oak notes. If you are a bit blue that all the holidays have already passed and winter is still here - perhaps this is the very drink that will help you dispel boredom.
