Nebraska Brewing Company - Melange a Trois

Our first beer in the Reserve series, Melange A Trois, starts with a wonderfully strong Belgian blonde ale and is classified in the "exceptional" category thanks to an additional 6 months of aging in a French Chardonnay wine barrel. The essence of the Chardonnay penetrates while a subtle sweetness remains from the ale itself. The tannins of the oak combine to form a fascinating network of dry, sweet and wine-like character.
