Le Prospecteur - Nectar De Swamp

Nectar de Swamp is an Abitibi IPA flavoured with Labrador tea flowers from Val-d'Or. It's one of our Northern Discovery Series beers containing an ingredient indigenous to our forest! Much more floral and aromatic than the leaf, this bitter, resinous flower must be picked quickly in mid-June before it wilts. The combination of this swamp flower with New Zealand, American and Australian hops makes for a complex beverage bursting with flavour. (SRM 4) - 2020 = 6.4% and 51 IBU
