This dark lager is the archetypal Bavarian beer, the way it used to be made. The taste is of roasted malt, defined by velvety sweetness tempered by the bitterness of hops. The froth reproduces the colour of caramel, with a very fine malty aroma and a flavour you can't get enough of.
