Nettancourt's white wine is unanimously appreciated for its length in the mouth and its subtle lemony flavours resulting from an elaborate dosage of barley malt and wheat malt.
A 100% pure organic malt beer for laying down on lees, refermented in the bottle, it is neither filtered nor pasteurised. The slight cloudiness that remains is evidence of the presence of yeasts that will allow it to mature for several months.
