Apotheosis was brewed to commemorate our first five years in the Honig complex. This is the grand finale to a fantastic period in Nevel's history. Only 200 bottles of it available. Wood-aged wild dark beer with cherry wine. For Apotheosis, we mixed a single barrel, fino-sherry barrel-aged beer with a house-made cherry wine made from local cherries.
